Hyatt Browning Shirkey

Hyatt Browning Shirkey founded this firm in 2015 with a mission to help families during their most challenging legal disruptions. With over 15 years of experience, he has built a reputation for excellence in both the courtroom and the community.

Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and a B.S. in Psychology and Relationships from Liberty University.

Certified Guardian ad litem for children and incapacitated adults, and Indigent Defense Counsel for both adult and juvenile felonies and misdemeanors.

Selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2018–2023) and named to the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys Top 10 Attorneys Under 40.

Formerly an Assistant Public Defender for the Roanoke City Office and an instructor for Paralegal Studies.

Andrew Daniel Finnicum

Andrew Daniel Finnicum leads our personal injury department, bringing 13 years of practice focused on representing catastrophically injured plaintiffs. He has been instrumental in recovering over $20 million on behalf of his clients across all levels of court in Virginia.
